- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Disgusting customer service skills - Face to face and on the phone! It is to hard for the reception woman to ask a doctor if results have come back! It is also to hard for the reception woman to change details on the account! The sigh on her was discusting, she didn't roll her eyes but it certantly felt like she was!
